Privacy Policy

AMA Money Map ("the Service") is operated by AMA Vision LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password. Financial data you enter: business figures, accounts, debts, investments, insurance policies, properties, goals, and plans. Connected data: when you connect an integration (such as QuickBooks or AMA CRM), we receive the data you authorize — for QuickBooks, monthly profit-and-loss figures and your company name; for AMA CRM, pipeline summaries. Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: computing your scores, forecasts, and roadmap; answering your questions through the AI coach; and operating your subscription. AI features process your data through Anthropic's API to generate responses; your data is not used to train third-party models. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the product (hosting, database, payments, AI processing), each bound to use it only on our behalf.

Connected services

Integrations are optional and controlled by you. Connecting QuickBooks uses Intuit's official authorization flow; we store the access tokens needed to sync and you can disconnect at any time in Settings, which stops all syncing. Disconnecting an integration does not delete data already synced into your account — you can edit or delete it yourself.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere), stored in access-controlled databases, scoped to your account alone, and never exposed to other users. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Security-relevant actions are logged.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. If your subscription ends, your data is kept so you can return, but you may request full deletion at any time by emailing info@amavision.ai — we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any record you entered, disconnect any integration, export your key figures from the screens that display them, and close your account. We may update this policy; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
