Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AMA Money Map ("the Service"), operated by AMA Vision LLC. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The Service

AMA Money Map is financial education and planning software. It computes scores, forecasts, and projections from data you provide or connect. Every projection is an estimate built on assumptions, and nothing in the Service is licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals before consequential decisions.

Subscription & billing

The Service is billed monthly through Stripe, beginning after your free trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period, and your data is retained so you can resubscribe later. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your account & data

You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service. Integrations (QuickBooks, AMA CRM) are optional, use their providers' official authorization flows, and can be disconnected at any time. Use of QuickBooks data is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms.

Acceptable use

One account per subscription. No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service, access other users' data, or resell access without our written agreement.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms with notice on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate them. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.
